09/21/05 - 3 days from 1 year old - she loves her jumper

	Lexi weighs in at 14 lbs now
	She sits up all the time to play now, chews on about any toy she can reach We just need to get her to scoot over to get to things She does not pull her self to a sit...yet
	She loves to jump in her jumper, check out the pics of her tuckered out and sleeping in the jumper
	Lexi's development is pretty much on target If we adjust her birth date to be her transplant date, she has developed physically and mentally pretty much normally She has progressed steadily from transplant date
	Miss Lexi attended her first regular season Denver Broncos game this past weekend That game should be the first of several hundred she will be attending over the next few years (decades) She has her share of Broncos garb, check out the cheerleader outfit she wears to the gave - Click Here
	Only physical problem to report on would be Lexi's eyes Seems that she takes after he dad (SUPRISE!) and her brother with a lazy eye Lexi's vision is ok The eye doc says her vision is normal, no blindness No damage to her optical nerve There was concern during the winter that her strokes may have caused some vision and or optical nerve damage The eye doc wants her to try wearing an eye patch over her 'not so lazy' eye much of the time to help the lazy one get in to better shape The lazy eye seems to have become a bit less lazy, time will tell

09/04/05 - Almost 1 year old already!

	Just 3 weeks 'til her first birthday
	Grandma and PopPop visited last week.  Thanks to Grandma, Lexi now speaks her second word, UPppp She has been saying a very raspy 'HI' for a while, never noted it here on her site The word UPppp, is so cute, she as to warm up the 'P' part then she basically spits it out
	No more anti-seizure meds - no seizures that we have seen
	Still off of oxygen Her Pulmonary pressures have measured normal for 3 weeks now We are about to send all the oxygen tanks and equipment back
	Added one picture today, haven't taken many in the last week
